Every single account, including n8n, Meta and WhatsApp Business, is opened using your details. Nothing runs on my server and there are no hidden "cables" tying your business to me. At the end of the contract, I hand over every workflow and the notes to run it. It's your robot, boss, you hold the remote.

I teach your staff how to use the setup, check its work and take over when it needs a person. The notes stay with you.
Every account is in your name from the start. At the end of the contract, every workflow and the notes to run it are yours. Another developer can pick it up.
Months one and two are for the build and training. Months three to twelve cover maintenance and development, with the scope agreed before I start.
From the sketchbook
A few examples, step by step. Illustrative workflows with example integrations and proposed checks. These checks reduce errors; they do not guarantee accuracy. Not live product screens or confirmed product setups.
Missing facts: hold. Unsupported answer: revise. Health questions go to staff.

How I work

Every job starts with you approving everything. Routine replies and reminders, built only from facts you approved, switch on when you say so. Money waits for your tick. Health, complaints, refunds and anything new always go to a person.

Common tools, and plain notes on how to run them. Every account is opened in your name, and when the contract ends every workflow and account is yours.

Fair worry. So I build for handover: common tools, plain notes, and accounts in your name. Another developer can pick it up. You are billed monthly, never a year upfront. If I cannot carry on, billing stops, any unused days are refunded, and everything is handed over with notes.

Larger firms pay RM2,500 to RM5,000 a month: the same three jobs, website and app, plus more jobs agreed in the scope. Before I start you get a written quote in RM. Running costs such as WhatsApp messages, n8n and Claude are paid by you directly, at cost, on accounts in your name, and the quote estimates them.
Yes, sometimes. That is why every job starts with you approving everything. Once you are happy, routine replies built only from facts you approved can go out on their own. Money, health, complaints and anything new still go to a person. I will never promise 100% accuracy.
The confinement centre front desk is built for Malay and English, including mixed messages. The legal transcription also handles Mandarin.
Into accounts in your name. Your automations run in your own n8n account, and nothing runs on my server. To draft replies, the message text goes to Claude, made by Anthropic, through a Claude account in your name. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its business service. Your written quote lists every service your data passes through, and at the end of the contract every account stays with you. This site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
Some of it. The legal transcription is a pilot. The confinement centre front desk and the OKU micro-bakery are prototypes. Everything on the board is a concept, built to order, with two months for the build and ten months of maintenance and development.
No. I build it to answer only from the package, price and visit facts you approve. Anything else goes to a person on your staff. At a confinement centre, anything about a mother’s or baby’s health goes straight to your nurse.
I build it to say so, stop, and hand the message to you with what was asked and when. It does not guess.
